Sprites refer to characters WITHOUT a background, typically used as Visual Novel assets or PNG.Tuber avatars. They usually have multiple variants (such as different hairstyles, expressions, outfits etc.) and will be layered as the client requests.
The sizing for sprites is slightly upgraded for the headshot and half body options.5 Emotions included

By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time. You will be refunded the appropriate amount in case of a discontinuation.
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
The terms outlined below might vary depending on the type of commission you request.PAYMENT & FEES
Payment is done 50% before starting the sketch and 50% after the sketch is approved by the commissioner.
Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD. A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.
The exact prices for the fees described above will differ based on the complexity of the commission.CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Communicate your needs clearly and let me know ALL of the details of the commission before I begin working on it. This includes but is not limited to: keeping it private, deadlines, commercial use, possible variants etc.
Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject. Mood boards and extra details are always welcome.
Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process and respond in a timely fashion.
Assume responsibility for any important information you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete the commission to your full satisfaction.
Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE
Resolution of the art will be around 2500-3000px; which of course varies depending on the work. If you want a specific resolution let me know (with the mention that for projects over 4k pixel resolution there will be an extra fee).
Once 50% of the payment has been received I will start sketching your commission. I will accept a complete revision at the sketch stage. After the commissioner approves the sketch and pays the remaining 50% left, I will continue the commission.
If the client is displeased with my services, we can stop collaborating at the sketch phase (for bigger projects, like a vtuber model, I will return the appropriate amount from the first 50% of the payment back to the client.)
I will show WIPs via discord (or other contact method discussed with the commissioner.) Work in-progress shots might initially be sent as low-res images but the commissioner can request full-res pictures at any point after the full payment.
Deadlines must be agreed upon by both parties prior to the start of the commission.
I will always try to complete your commission before the deadline, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay. I promise to communicate any delays and keep you up to date properly.REVISIONS
One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.
For character designs specifically (as long as it is obviously the same character) you can request as many revisions as you want in the sketch phase until you are happy with the design.
A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in the coloring/painting stage and are included within the commission price.
Excessive revisions after the sketch phase will incur additional fees, specifically on things that have previously been approved by the client. Major revisions past the sketch phase will incur additional fees.
It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions. Revisions due to my own negligence are free.
Please do not let this section make you anxious about speaking your mind, the point is to communicate your opinion clearly and give me feedback at the right time for maximum efficiency.COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works. I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media unless discussed otherwise with the client before starting the commission.
Illustrations and Sprites do not come with commercial rights, the final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights separately. You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work. You can use the commission as a profile picture/banner without crediting me.
For commercial use of illustrations and sprites, you must purchase the rights from me.
Credit is highly appreciated when using the work in any form commercially but it is not required.
Even if you own the commercial rights you are not allowed to lie or deliberately hide the fact that I created the piece.

You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
✔️Print the work for personal use.
✔️Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
✔️Color correct the artwork.
✔️Edit the artwork for animation purposes.
✔️Use the artwork as reference for a study.
✔️Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me.

You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
❌Claim the artwork as yours.
❌Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

❌Color in my sketches or lineart.
❌Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
❌Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Once the final product is approved by the client, a refund is not permitted in any way.
You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time as well.
You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.WHAT YOU RECEIVE

It is prohibited for minors to request or commission any type of suggestive or erotic artwork.
Regarding fetish art please contact me to discuss in detail beforehand since I might be uncomfortable with the subject matter.
I can make nude variants of all commission types if you let me know before I start working on it. If you let me know from the beginning the fee (if any) will be much smaller.
Regarding certain sensitive subjects (for example bullying, murder, mental issues, etc.) I can portray them as long as it is in a respectful manner or for the sake of storytelling.
